Mr. Jorgensen brings vital training and certifications to his current appointment, including an Associate of Arts from Snow College. He is also a licensed mortgage banker in 10 states. Notably, he has been named a Top 10 Producer with SecurityNational Mortgage Company, and he was included in the Top 25 Producer list in consecutive years between 2018 and 2022. Additionally, Mr. Jorgensen's community has repeatedly voted his branch as the Best Mortgage Broker/Banker organization in the annual Daily Herald poll, and in 2019, Mid-Utah Radio designated SecurityNational Mortgage Company as the Business of the Month, for Central Utah.
Mr. Jorgensen is equally committed to civic service. In part inspired by his father, a veteran of the Korean War, he is a consistent supporter of the Utah Honor Flight, which provides veterans with an all-expenses paid trip to Washington DC to visit U.S. memorials and monuments erected in honor of their service. He and his SecurityNational team have diligently raised funding for the nonprofit organization, and Mr. Jorgensen also serves as a volunteer guardian to accompany veterans on their flights. Moreover, Mr. Jorgensen has thrived in his role as a youth sports advocate and volunteer, coaching softball, baseball, tennis and basketball for over 20 years, and he has held seats on numerous boards, including at the local hospital and various planning, business and recreation committees.
