After two years, he joined Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Limited as a junior software engineer and grew to Project Manager position. Over the course of the next seven years, Mr. Shoraff worked in the company's branch in Stuttgart, Germany, and developed the Whitebox test software for AUTOSAR component testing.
During the 2010s, Mr. Shoraff gained valuable expertise in the industry with Continental Automotive Systems and Inteva Products. Due to his vast breadth of knowledge, he has developed a PC-based diagnostics tool for 2-wheeler ABS applications, designed closed-loop automated testing tools, and supported the launch of Brightwork. Backed by years of professional experience, Mr. Shoraff presently excels as the global product strategy and NA PM leader for Inteva Products, through which he maintains responsibility for defining strategic growth for motors and electronics worldwide, works with regional teams, and oversees quotes and project management functions in North America.
An expert in his field, Mr. Shoraff earned a diploma in electronics and communication from NTTF and a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics, and Communications from B.M.S. College of Engineering. Subsequently, he expanded upon his professional knowledge, earning an internal auditing certification and an advanced master's program in global strategies management from GSM Academy. Outside of his work, Mr. Shoraff dedicates himself to others through SEWA International.
In light of his professional achievements, Mr. Shoraff won the President Award for Excellence from Inteva Products in 2022. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in developing diagnostics software in VC++ to access 2-wheeler ABS diagnostics data and commissioning it for end-of-line checks at customer locations. The cornerstone of his success lies in his family's unwavering support and the training he has received from various companies. Looking ahead, Mr. Shoraff intends to establish and lead his own product-based company.
