Before his current role, Mr. Wozniak began his career as a store manager for Zale Jewelers in 2005 and was a technical systems analyst for the University of Chicago in 2008. Following this time, he served as a regional account manager for TCR Distributors, Inc. in 2009 until becoming a technical implementation training manager for the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago in 2012. In 2015, he was a principal training manager for the Access Community Health Network as well as a North American learning and development manager for UL, earning a promotion to a senior software sales executive in 2018. He continued his career as a strategic account executive for FoodChain ID in 2022.

Added to these, he won first place in an international speech contest in 2017 from Toastmasters International.
To prepare for his professional journey, Mr. Wozniak earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy and political science from DePaul University. Eminently qualified in his field, he is a certified team performance practitioner and Lean Six Sigma green belt. He is also a certified project management professional with the Project Management Institute and holds a sales enablement certification from the Association for Talent Development, among other credentials.
Within the coming years, Mr. Wozniak intends to complete a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame as he continues working with his current company, believing that it aligns with his values and cultural preferences.
