After starting her career in a law office in 1972, Ms. Mansker joined the Harris County Criminal Court as a research analyst and profiler. For more than a decade, she researched a wide range of criminal cases, worked alongside criminal law firms, and advocated for the protection of children before retiring in 1996. Outside of her work and in her retirement, Ms. Mansker contributes to her community through the local women's shelter for abused women.
An expert in her field, Ms. Mansker holds an associate degree from Lee College in 1974. In recognition of her outstanding body of work, she was awarded for working with the USO.
