Before her present role, Ms. Bollon began her career as a general practice accountant in the United Kingdom in 2001 and became a senior auditor in 2005. The next year, she moved into the corporate world as a management accountant for a privately owned group of companies and was promoted to a reporting and planning accountant in 2007. She was promoted further several times during her tenure with the group, rising to a role as business unit finance director in 2013.
Following this time, she relocated to North America taking the position of finance director for North America in 2018, promoted to the director of the United States market in 2020 and earning appointment as President and member of the board of directors. Ms. Bollon is an enthusiastic people manager, leading four hundred employees and achieving world class levels of employee engagement throughout her tenure.
Among her professional accomplishments, in 2021 Ms. Bollon was honored with a prestigious award from the group for her exceptional dedication to her profession and surpassing her duties to an extraordinary extent, an achievement that made her stand out in a global company with over 10,000 employees. Thanks in part to her leadership efforts, the company has experienced sustained growth and prosperity over the past five years.
To prepare for her professional journey, Ms. Bollon earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and finance from the University of Brighton in England in 2001. Well-qualified in her field, she is a chartered fellow and certified accountant by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Within the coming years, Ms. Bollon intends to continue training, developing and engaging individuals, particularly working with women who enter male-dominated fields. She extends compassion not only to her colleagues, but also to the communities and charities she wholeheartedly supports, including Cancer Research UK, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Maya's Hope Foundation, Inc., for which her husband is a dedicated supporter and member of the host committee.
