During her thirty-year career, she gained valuable expertise in social innovation, leadership, cross-functional collaborations, parts authorizations, product support, new product introduction, and dealer and customer support. Ms. Sullivan also notably served as the first female president of the Caterpillar Foundation, the company's philanthropic arm, during that time.
As an internationally recognized business strategist, social impact expert, and renowned public speaker, Ms. Sullivan had the opportunity to speak at the World Union of Catholic Women Organizations within the Vatican in 2023, garnered recognition as the first non-engineer to serve as a keynote speaker before the Society of Women Engineers, and was a TED speaker.
