NEW YORK, NY, December 27, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rezarta Tabaku's achievements have earned her a well-deserved spot in Marquis Who's Who, a prestigious biographical reference source known for featuring individuals of exceptional merit. Factors such as noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Rezarta's journey to success is marked by remarkable resilience, having immigrated from Albania and confronted significant challenges associated with her family's persecution under a communist regime. In spite of these adversities, she persevered and forged a new life in the United States, driven by a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact. Her commitment to success intensified when she became a mother to a son diagnosed with autism.

Education played a pivotal role in Rezarta's path to success. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University. Her career took off when she secured a position at Sotheby's International Realty Luxury Sales Finance, where she dedicated nearly five years of her professional life.

Rezarta's journey through the finance industry has spanned over two decades, marked by a series of high-profile roles. She served as Vice President of Par Loan Trading at Credit Suisse, followed by a decade-long tenure at Morgan Stanley as Vice President of Product Risk Management. Her expertise was further applied at Citi, where she held the position of Senior Vice President of Regulatory Risk Management for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review submission. In 2013, Rezarta transitioned to Barclays Investment Bank, where she held the role of Head of Issue Risk and Control Management for more than five years. Her career continued to flourish when she joined BNY Mellon in 2019 as a Director of Global Engineering Regulatory Control Management.

Despite reaching the pinnacle of her professional aspirations, Rezarta sensed a void within herself, yearning for a more meaningful and fulfilling career. This inner quest led her on a transformative journey of self-discovery. She realized that focusing on mental health and spirituality played a pivotal role in achieving success and happiness in her career. In her current role at BNY Mellon, Rezarta joined the Women in Engineering Committee program and also serves as a first aider on the Wellbeing Council. Notably, her efforts in the field of mental health advocacy have garnered her multiple Mental Health Champion awards.

Beyond her professional responsibilities at BNY Mellon, Rezarta leverages over 20 years of success in the banking industry, as well as the insight she has gleaned through hard-fought experience as the mother of an autistic son, in her role as a life coach for other women. Through innovative coaching sessions, in which she sets audacious goalposts and emphasizes deep discussions on various psychological and philosophical practices, her clients learn the skills they need to overcome any obstacle and unleash their inner tiger, creating an abundance of joy, meaning and forward momentum in both their personal and professional endeavors.

In addition to her coaching initiatives, Rezarta authored the "Discover What's Behind Your Work Struggle & Create Your Ideal Life; Work-Life Balance Journaling Exercise." Her overarching mission is to serve humanity and empower individuals to become more self-aware and take proactive steps in their lives. Her most significant accomplishment to date has been her dedication to mentoring women, a passion she has pursued for many years.

In addition to her workplace involvement and coaching experience, Rezarta is an active member of Women in Engineering and engages in various civic activities, including contributing to causes like Autism NOW, Girls Who Code, and PENCIL Inc.

Rezarta acknowledges that her past has played a significant role in shaping the individual she is today. She emphasizes living in the present, being a source of inspiration for both herself and others, and contributing to the betterment of her community by alleviating the unnecessary stress that plagues many in today's world.
