Ms. Pitt initially earned distinction as a realtor with her starting brokerage at EXIT Realty Elite. She served as the technology and engagement leader, focusing her efforts on sharing systems and monthly content related to new technologies, services, programs and other assets the company was promoting. Prior to her current role, Ms. Pitt dedicated over 16 years to the hospitality and customer service industries, providing her exceptional people and problem solving skills for her current clients. As someone always striving for excellence, Mandi became a certified Life Coach in 2017, and moved to Southeast Asia to start her coaching business, Mandi Michelle Coaching the same year. While abroad, Ms. Pitt began teaching English as a second language to students throughout Thailand, Vietnam, China and Japan from 2018 to 2022. It was during these years that she started her second business, The Show Notes Girl in 2020, serving both of these roles until returning to the United States in 2023. Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Pitt studied nursing and outdoor recreation in 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Services with a minor in Youth and Nonprofit Leadership from Murray State University in 2011. Well-qualified in her field, she is a certified Life Coach by the Coach Training Alliance and holds a Real Estate License through the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
