Mr. Ramirez takes the most pride in working on the Webb Space Telescope for over a decade.

Backed by years of test and quality control experience, Mr. Ramirez served as a Senior Electrical Test Engineer for Northrop Grumman Corporation before his retirement in 2018. In this capacity, he worked with the Department of Defense to create test procedures for satellite units and established a PMO quality program that included a safety plan. Similarly, Mr. Ramirez oversees the quality/test safety programs at the subcontractor's depots and COMBS, Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply, develops technical spec metrics, and manages Electrical Test.
During the early stages of his career, Mr. Ramirez gained valuable expertise with Northrop Grumman Corporation as an Electrical Test Engineer. Likewise, he honed his knowledge in the aerospace/satellite environmental industry with Fullerton-based Hughes Aircraft and Boeing Aerospace.
An expert in his field, Mr. Ramirez earned an Associate of Science from Rio Hondo College. Over the years, he expanded his professional knowledge by completing bachelor's degree coursework in electrical engineering at Cal Poly Pomona.
While his career has been filled with many highlights such as (CIP) Cost Improvement Programs, (PIP) Performance Improvement Programs, Mr. Ramirez takes the most pride in working on the Webb Space Telescope for over a decade. The cornerstone of his success with Northrop Grumman lay in the support of his team.
Looking toward the future, he intends to experience continued growth and success in his career. Ultimately, Mr. Ramirez plans to visit his two sons, who live in San Diego and Palm Springs, monthly.
