Ms. Wright has held progressively senior positions with Fannie Mae since 2003, mainly in the company's Single-Family mortgage business, where she served as program manager, project analyst and senior associate. Earlier in her career, she worked as an executive assistant for Ernst & Young LLP, executive secretary for the Central Intelligence Agency, and field secretary for Turner Construction. Helping Ms. Wright to succeed in all these roles has been her notable intellectual curiosity and her strengths in relationship management, negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking.

Among Ms. Wright's numerous career accomplishments, she is particularly proud of her collaborations with housing finance agencies, nonprofits, and community development organizations with the goal of expanding homeownership opportunities. Over the course of her career, she has developed innovative solutions and strategies, educated the market on the importance of homeownership, and helped individuals achieve their dream of owning a home. Also deeply meaningful to Ms. Wright is her success in founding a nonprofit organization to mentor, inspire and provide services to youth in her community.
