Ms. Robertson formerly held several high-level positions, including as the vice president of culture and human resources at PCM Credit Union, as the president and chief executive officer at Miller Electric Credit Union, and as the president and chief executive officer of Citizens Credit Union (Harley Davidson's Credit Union).
Ms. Robertson has been recognized for developing leaders at various corporate levels, assisting chief executive officers and C-suite executives with leadership infrastructure development, coaching leaders through mergers and acquisitions and succession strategy, and more. "Quantitative Multidisciplinary Approaches in Human Capital and Asset Development" was released via IGI Global in 2016 and offers expertise on quantitative methodologies used in managing human resources and asset development.
Civically invested, Ms. Robertson has been a committee member for Women in Leadership Development, Mid-Day Women's Alliance, in 2016. She previously lent her time as a volunteer and talent task force member for the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance and as a board director for human capital management for the Hearthstone Historic House Museum in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Ms. Robertson graduated from East Green Bay High School in 1988. She subsequently received a bachelor's degree in accounting and business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Administration - Human Capital Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2008. She holds numerous credentials, including certification as a fractional business partner through Turning Point HCM since 2023, a certified brand intervention graduate from the Brand Intervention Masterclass in 2022, a certified virtual structured board interviewer through 15 Dots LLC in 2021, and a certified Leadership Transformation graduate 2020 through UW-GB and InitiativeOne. While serving her country, Ms. Robertson received certification as a networking and communications expert and network and communications technician through the U.S. Air Force.
