His continued contributions to the American Nuclear Society, Nuclear Waste Management Symposium, and IEEE are set to culminate in several white papers on material studies ranging from smart microgrid engineering design to outer space survivability studies.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Gogolski was a senior plant engineer and lead electrical disaster relief engineer at Entergy from 2021 to 2022, where he played a pivotal role during Hurricane Laura, Hurricane Ida, and the Texas winter storm's aftermath. From 2020 to 2021, he was a plant engineer at Entergy, following his tenure as an electrical specialist at NRG Energy from 2015 to 2020. Throughout his career, Mr. Gogolski has been praised for achieving a high level of nuclear and electrical engineering expertise.

Mr. Gogolski's professional journey is marked by significant achievements, including three Navy and Marine Corp Achievement medals, two Admiral's Letters of Commendation from the United States Navy, and the outstanding military volunteer service medal. These commendations are a testament to his dedication and excellence within his field.

Building upon a solid educational foundation, Mr. Gogolski is currently pursuing a doctorate in nuclear engineering at Texas A&M University. He earned a Master of Engineering in space resource utilization engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Science in nuclear engineering from Thomas Edison State University, which he obtained in 2019. The knowledge and skills acquired through his academic pursuits have been instrumental in his professional success. Mr. Gogolski credits his father, a Vietnam War veteran and former United States Marine Corps member, for instilling resilience and determination that have been crucial throughout his career. Additionally, he attributes much of his success to his own perseverance and the unwavering support of his wife.

Mr. Gogolski is also recognized for his impressive collection of awards, having received 24 accolades that highlight his professional excellence and contributions to the field.

In his personal life, Mr. Gogolski experienced a defining moment when Hurricane Laura struck while he was working as a plant engineer at Entergy. His ability to assess damage and coordinate repairs led to his promotion to senior engineer—a role that underscored his leadership capabilities during crises. Married since 2013, he is a devoted family man with four children aged seven, five, three, and one. His interests include scouting, hunting, and nature conservation.

Looking ahead, Mr. Gogolski has set ambitious goals for himself both professionally and academically. He is determined to obtain his professional electrical engineering license and complete his doctorate in nuclear engineering at Texas A&M University.
