His journey with Oracle spanned from 2008 to 2014, where he held various roles, including indirect sales director, senior sales manager, and value-added distributor sales manager. Mr. Grilanda began his career at Emerson Network Power, where he progressed through several positions from after-sales coordinator to regional configuration center manager between 2000 and 2008.
Building upon a solid foundation of academic achievements, Mr. Grilanda earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management between 2018 and 2020. He also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, completed in 2008, and a Bachelor of Systems Information from Centro Universitário Ibero-Americano, completed in 2004. These educational milestones have been instrumental in equipping Mr. Grilanda with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his field.
