An expert in his field, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a master's degree in early childhood education from the University of Hartford, as well as a master's degree in organization development from the University of New Hampshire.
Outside his work, Mr. Williams is a founding member of the WOC Nonprofit Leaders for Change and the Boston Network for International Development. In light of his professional achievements, he won the Uhuru Torch Award from the Prime Minister of Tanzania.
