Mr. Yatskar earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University before immigrating to the United States to pursue a better life for himself and his family. Driven to further his industry knowledge, Mr. Yatskar went on to earn a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
