After studying molecular biology under an MD, PhD, and orthopedic surgeon, he discovered his true passion.

Similarly, he is the national sales director of Age Bio Med, where he oversees recruiting, staff training, and various product improvement and development initiatives. He is also a partner and board member for Ageless Biotech, which is in the process of developing minimally-manipulated fetal tissue-based regenerative medicine biologics to address osteoarthritis via intra-articular procedures. Additionally, Mr. Youngs is a partner with ASC Medical Group, where he has participated in various multimillion-dollar projects.
Throughout his career, Mr. Youngs has been recognized several times. In addition to earning various leadership awards, he was honored as a Top Salesman and received the Sales Executive of the Year Award. Outside of his work, he contributes to his community through various charities that provide food, clothing, and shelter for under privileged families.
