Throughout her career, Ms. Zsiros has conducted extensive research. She has also disseminated her findings by co-authoring 'Morphometric Changes and Tolerance to Low Salinity for The Green Alga (Caulerpa Brachypus) and Potential Consequences for its Establishment in the Indian River Lagoon' in Florida Scientist in 2007.
Looking toward the future, Ms. Zsiros aims to continue enhancing her skills as a director. She also aims to establish her own small business that aligns with her vision, provides clients with the services they require, and gives her the freedom to choose diverse projects and work on what she truly enjoys. Moreover, Ms. Zsiros aims to spread awareness. She believes in taking a responsible approach where economic development can progress while preserving the environment, resulting in cost-effective solutions that can help move projects forward more efficiently.
Civically invested, Ms. Zsiros has been a member of the board of directors for the Ecological Restoration Business Association since 2022. Among other involvement, she is a dedicated animal rights activist affiliated with several organizations, including Pro Pointer Rescue.
Ms. Zsiros graduated from the University of Tampa in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in marine biology and environmental science. She subsequently attended the Florida Institute of Technology, earning a Master of Science in biological oceanography in 2005 with the assistance of a Snowden Family Fellowship. Ms. Zsiros has attended numerous trainings, including Rosgen Level I Applied Fluvial Geomorphology, FERC, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Identification, and Hydric Soil Characterization.
Remaining abreast of current trends, Ms. Zsiros is a member of the Ecological Restoration Business Association, The Tennessee Ecological Restoration Association and the National Stone, Sand, and Gravel Association.
