As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Bond has dedicated over three decades to the field of education, specializing in improving education of students with dyslexia. She has most recently distinguished herself as a science teacher at PACE Academy in 2020. She is known for her innovative teaching methods, particularly the use of Orton Gillingham techniques to assist students with reading and writing challenges. Additionally, Ms. Bond hosts a science club that fosters young students' interest around STEM. She enjoys writing grant proposals to secure resources for her students and the school. Her most recent grant has earned her local recognition through the SC NASA Grant Consortium, as one of five schools in South Carolina to accept a NASA challenge to utilize simulated moon dust to grow plants. Further, she is working with the International Science Consortium to have her students work on how to run experiments on the International Space Station; this year her students were able to go live with the ISS and astronaut Loral O'Hara.

Ms. Bond's academic background has proven foundational to her professional success and has shaped her approach to teaching. Notably, she has completed the required coursework toward a doctorate in instructional design, development and evaluation at Syracuse University. Further, during her time at Syracuse University, she was appointed a position as a teaching fellow and focused on Statistical Analysis and Multimedia Message Design.

Prior to her tenure at PACE Academy, Ms. Bond's professional journey was marked by significant achievements that extended beyond the classroom. She was also awarded the MVP of Can Am's adult camp in Guelph, Canada in 2011.

Creative pursuits are a vital component of Ms. Bond's profile, and she engages with the arts by playing the piano and violin.
