Before ascending into managerial roles, Mr. Kalashian managed the plant operations for the Fab Division at Eventec between approximately 2007 and 2009. His foundational skills were crafted through hands-on experience as a metal fabricator and welder at Benz Metal Products Inc. from approximately 2005 to 2007. Additionally, he contributed his talents as a signage fabricator and machine operator at Poblocki Sign Company LLC between approximately 2000 and 2005. Mr. Kalashian's career in the industry commenced with his role as a corrugator operator at Packaging Corporation of America in 1998.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Kalashian is devoted to giving back to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission as a regular donor. He has also received numerous credentials in his field, including certification in project management through Vilanova University, certification in metal technology, trades mathematics, and structural welding from Milwaukee Area Technical College, and certification as a Six Sigma while belt through the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
