Outside of his professional life, Mr. Hibbard is deeply involved in various extracurricular activities and associations that reflect his commitment to professional and community service. He is a member of Buffalo Business First, where he engages with industry peers and contributes to the broader business community. His dedication extends to coaching the Clarence Girls' Softball League and volunteering as a fireman. Furthermore, Mr. Hibbard donates all proceeds from his book sales annually to Western New York Heroes, Inc in support of Veteran's and their families, and contributes between 10 and 15% of his annual income to local community causes through his charitable giving commitment.
