Prior to her current role, Ms. Webb served as the Lead Educational Therapist at Steps to Success Educational Therapy in Santa Cruz, California, in 2018. In this capacity, she enjoyed collaborating with a team dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes for children. Her tenure at Steps to Success Educational Therapy began in 2010 as an educational therapist, where she honed her skills and developed her passion for helping children overcome learning obstacles. From 2008 to 2012, Ms. Webb also contributed her expertise as an instructor at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California, where she taught computer skills, memory retention, and journaling classes to older adults affected by traumatic brain injuries, stroke and similar conditions. Earlier in her career, she owned and operated Learning with Laura from 2003 to 2010 in Santa Cruz, California, laying the groundwork for her future endeavors in educational therapy.

Ms. Webb's journey into educational therapy was fueled by her own experiences with dyslexia and ADHD. She is particularly proud of completing the educational therapy master's program at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension. This achievement not only marked a significant milestone in her professional development but also underscored her commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of students with learning differences. Ms. Webb's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in speech-language pathology from the University of Tulsa in 1999 and a Certificate of Educational Therapy from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension in 2009. These qualifications have been instrumental in shaping her approach to educational therapy and enabling her to make a meaningful impact on the lives of countless children.
