Hailing from previous experience in the health care industry, during which time she served as an emergency medical technician, Kaleen L. Smith-Oldridge has since joined her husband, Billy Oldridge, as co-owner of BillyBob's Butcher Shop. Established in 2017 in Elgin, Oregon, the meat shop offers high quality meat from cattle, pigs, lambs, goats and wild game. In her leadership role, Ms. Smith-Oldridge serves as a point of contact for customers and oversees all other administrative and clerical tasks. She also handles the raising of cattle at the couple's BKO Ranch outside of Summerville.
