Ann Fenner Spiegel entered the real estate business serendipitously, becoming interested in the profession after personally handling the private sale of her house near Orlando, Florida. Following this experience, she decided to delve into the industry, obtaining her real estate license in the state of Florida in 1978. She became a co-owner of Batura and Fenner Inc. in 1980, remaining there until the firm was sold in 1984. In 1986, as Ann Fenner, she married and became Ann Fenner Spiegel. Moving to Michigan, she worked at the prestigious Max Broock firm in Birmingham until 1984, when she and her husband moved to horse country in the Front Range of Colorado. Ms. Spiegel worked at Coldwell Banker, specializing in horse properties until 2007, at which point she established Spiegel Properties LLC. In 2017, she made an exciting move back to Florida and established Fenner Spiegel Properties LLC, specializing at Hutchinson Island.
