Dr. Barry L. Jackson, LPC-PA, is a director and professor emeritus in Bloomsburg University's drug, alcohol and wellness department, where he has served students since 1990. Before pivoting to higher education administration and counseling, he earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy and religion at Susquehanna University. He went on to complete a master's degree in educational organization at Syracuse University and achieved a PhD in counseling and human.
