Mr. Fromm has established himself as a distinguished figure in the field of clinical research over the past two decades. Currently serving as president of both C-Clinical since 2020 and Caritas Clinical since 2014, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in advancing medical research and patient care. His journey in this field began at Chiltern International in Carlsbad, California, where he was first a junior clinical research associate from 2005 to 2007 and then a clinical research associate (CRA) until 2008. His career progressed as he took on roles with increasing responsibility, including senior CRA at AMGEN through a functional service provider contract from Quintiles from 2008 to 2009, lead clinical site manager from 2009 to 2012, and senior CRA at INC Research from 2012 to 2013. In addition to his primary roles, Mr. Fromm contributed as a senior CRA consultant for Novartis via Aerotek in San Diego in 2014 and enriched his experience with an internship at Cru/Vida Estudiantil from 2004 to 2005.

Mr. Fromm's academic background laid a solid foundation for his professional achievements. He earned a Bachelor of Science in psychobiology with a minor in English from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2005. Further enhancing his qualifications, he became a certified clinical research associate through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in 2012. His decision to pursue a career in clinical research was deeply personal, stemming from his own battle with cancer as a child and the life-saving treatment he received from the pediatric oncology team at UC Davis Medical Center.

One of Mr. Fromm's most notable accomplishments is his ability to positively impact people's lives through both his professional work and personal actions. In addition to serving as the elder chair and treasurer of his church, he is a founding member, community outreach director and board secretary of Iaomai Medical; treasurer of the board of directors for Unity 4 Orphans; and board chair for La Jolla Christian Fellowship. His involvement with these organizations reflects his dedication to making a positive impact on both local and global communities.
