Working alongside a team of experienced physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and sports scientists, Mr. Baptiste's Academy provides comprehensive education to coaches to help them better understand the science involved in the sports they teach and to assist in increasing their teams' performance. He also dedicates his afternoons to helping athletes and private clients.

Additionally, Mr. Baptiste has been a certified pedorthist since 2019, trained to modify footwear and employ supportive devices to address conditions affecting the feet and lower limbs. He has also served as the director at The Sport Science and Biomechanics Lab since 2012, where he continues to contribute significantly to understanding movement dysfunction.

Before his current roles, Mr. Baptiste was a biomechanist at The Biomechanics Lab in Los Angeles from 2013 to 2015. He also worked in the U.K. as a sports therapist and certified podiatrist.

Growing up in Hackney, a low-income area in London, Mr. Baptiste overcame significant challenges to achieve success. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science in sports and exercise from the University of Bedfordshire in 1987. Years later, he earned a podiatric medicine diploma from the University College London in 2006. He holds his achievement of becoming a podiatrist in high regard, having defied the odds to gain admission to one of the top five medical schools for podiatry in the U.K. Moreover, Mr. Baptiste received certification as a pedorthist. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology at Grand Canyon University and intends to obtain certification to operate injury clinics soon.

Mr. Baptiste's expertise in educational and health care consulting is well-regarded within the industry. His professional journey is marked by his membership in several industry-related organizations, including the Pedorthic Footcare Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the Academy of Robotics and Prosthetics. These affiliations reflect Mr. Baptiste's dedication to staying abreast of advancements in his field and contributing to the collective knowledge base.
