Between 2018 and 2021, he was Shell's global WRFM performance lead. In this role, Mr. Hamza enhanced production efficiency across global operations. His tenure at Shell also included serving as a global production excellence subject matter expert from 2016 to 2018, where he contributed significantly to developing strategies that maximized production output. Before joining Shell, Mr. Hamza was the global production engineering manager at BG Group between 2013 and 2016, where he led engineering teams in developing sustainable energy solutions.Mr. Hamza's academic background includes an undergraduate degree in mathematics and a Master of Business Administration in engineering management from the Universit de Sfax in 1996 and 2005, respectively. Additionally, he is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a certification that underscores his leadership and management expertise.
