Having begun his legal career in 2003, Mr. Richardson garnered success as an associate attorney at a Central Florida law firm. He then joined MKRS in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. as an associate attorney from 2005 to 2010. Subsequently, Mr. Richardson became the managing partner for litigation at the Florida offices of Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell and Jimenez/Testan Law, a role he held from 2011 to 2023.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Richardson is actively involved in various industry-related organizations. He is a member of the TJ Reddick Bar Association and is a Workers' Compensation Executive Committee member of the Florida Bar. Mr. Richardson's commitment to civic engagement is evident through his involvement with several organizations. He is Vice President of the 100 Black Men of Greater Fort Lauderdale and has served as the president of 4-H Association of Broward County.
