Her early career included positions such as live online stats for the Missoula Maulers Junior "A" Hockey Team from 2010 to 2016, lead teller at Wells Fargo from 2012 to 2014 and customer service manager at Vans.com from 2011 to 2012.

Ms. Blair's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in applied mathematics from the University of Montana, completed in 2011. Her academic foundation has been pivotal in her success, providing her with analytical skills essential for her roles. She holds several certifications, including CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness, multiple Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified AI Associate and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Conga Sign Certification and Conga Composer Certified Admin.
