Before embarking on his current entrepreneurial journey, Mr. Lackovic had an illustrious military career spanning nearly 40 years with the United States Army. His final role was as an officer in charge of the Emergency Operations Center from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, he served as a senior staff manager from 2019 to 2020 and as a commander at the Defense Contract Management Agency from 2016 to 2019. His leadership skills were further honed during his tenure as chief of staff from 2015 to 2016 and as part of the Department of the Army staff from 2013 to 2014.

Mr. Lackovic's academic background is equally impressive and has been instrumental in shaping his strategic thinking and operational capabilities. He earned a Master of Science in military strategic studies from The United States Army War College in 2015 and holds a Master of Arts in procurement and acquisition management, graduating cum laude from Webster University in 2003. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in logistics, materials and supply chain management from Colorado Technical University in 1997.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Lackovic is actively involved in various civic-minded organizations. He participates in community outreach initiatives and volunteers for leadership seminars as well as with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Wreaths Across America and Toys for Tots. His contributions have been recognized with several awards from the Chamber of Commerce and small business accolades as well as a special feature in Military Entrepreneur Magazine.

Mr. Lackovic attributes much of his success to the encouragement of his mentors throughout his military career and the unwavering support of his wife. His transition from military service to entrepreneurship allowed him to continue serving his community while enjoying the independence of being his own boss. As he looks forward to new chapters in life, he remains committed to giving back through volunteering and possibly engaging in philanthropy.

On a personal level, Mr. Lackovic enjoys spending time with his spouse and their six children and finds solace in nature through activities like kayaking and yard work.
