Since joining the team 13 years ago, his dedication to his craft has been evident through his hands-on approach; he frequently can be found working out of the field office and being onsite for larger projects five days a week, while also managing project oversight, insurance matters, labor and hiring processes.

Mr. Sullivan's contributions to the construction industry and community reflect a legacy of hard work and commitment. He attributes his success to a strong work ethic, unwavering determination, and resilience -- qualities instilled in him by his father from an early age. These lessons influenced Mr. Sullivan immeasurably and drove him to gain valuable work experience during his formative years. From the age of 14 to 21, he worked construction jobs during school breaks at Rivco Construction Ltd., a union drywall and ceilings company, allowing him to support himself financially.

Prior to his current role at Core Four Construction, Mr. Sullivan held positions at Rivco Construction Ltd., H and F Restoration and Construction, and United Structural Works in Congers. Each of these roles contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the industry and honed his skills in project management and client relations.

Mr. Sullivan's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in business economics from Fairfield University, where he graduated in 2011. He also holds a high school diploma from Fordham Preparatory School, earned in 2007. His education has been instrumental in shaping his business acumen and strategic thinking, which have been critical to his success at Core Four Construction.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Sullivan is actively involved with civic-minded organizations such as The Jesuit Foundation and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. His commitment to giving back to the community is further exemplified by his receipt of the prestigious 35 Under 35 Award in 2023.

Outside of his career, Mr. Sullivan takes immense pride in being a father to two boys, with a third child expected soon.
