Mr. Larrosa's career is a testament to his leadership and management skills. He furthered his education by becoming a licensed residential, commercial, and industrial electrical contractor in New Jersey. Drawing on his considerable professional and educational background, he excels today as president of ECM Services, LLC, which stands for "electrical control and maintenance." In this role, he coordinates with staff in the field, oversees compliance, and collaborates with residential and commercial/industrial clients. His commitment to staying abreast of industry changes is evident in his alignment with the Instrumentation Standards of America and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Mr. Larrosa's career has been filled with highlights, but he takes the most pride in starting an HMI system for one of his previous employers; it was a massive undertaking that took a year to complete.
