His strategic acumen extends across North America, Taiwan and South Korea, where he collaborates with third-party manufacturers to optimize production schedules and ensure timely inventory shipments to distribution centers in the United States and Canada. His proficiency in top supply chain operations strategy, team leadership, and risk management has earned him recognition as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert.

Prior to his role at Melt Organic, Mr. Coe dedicated several years to the Kellogg Company (now Kellanova), where he held several key positions. As a distribution center manager from 2006 to 2017, he excelled in fostering talent and developing individuals, transforming many employees into high achievers. This role was particularly fulfilling for him as he mentored and empowered his team members, significantly enhancing their performance and contributing to the company's success. Previous to this position, he served as a customer service team manager and senior coordinator of inventory control, further honing his skills in optimizing inventory and improving efficiency.

Mr. Coe began his career at Keebler Company, later acquired by the Kellogg Company, where he worked as a WMS project manager and as an inventory control analyst. His initial experience as a second-shift warehouse foreman at Bergen Brunswig Corporation laid the foundation for his future endeavors in supply chain management. Throughout his career, he has been an active member of industry-related organizations such as the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance, the Institute for Supply Management and the Association for Supply Chain Management.

Laying the groundwork for Mr. Coe's career achievements was his academic background, inclusive of a Bachelor of Arts in logistics from the University of Wexford. Additionally, he is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt by the Six Sigma Global Institute and is nearing completion of his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He attributes much of his success to the support and guidance from his managers and supervisors throughout his career journey.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Coe is actively involved in civic organizations. He has served as a Goathead Festival ambassador and member of the Boise Bicycle Project since 2020 and has been a guardian member of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals since 2024. Previously, he contributed as a Red Cross Real Hero steering committee member from 2015 to 2016 and volunteered with the V. Sue Cleveland High School ROTC program from 2013 until 2016. His dedication to his craft is complemented by numerous accolades, including internal awards from the Kellogg Company and eight continuous safety excellence awards.
