Mr. Miller, a notable figure in the real estate industry, has made significant contributions throughout his extensive career. As the chief executive officer, owner, founder, and senior wealth-builder advisor of Vesterra Turnkey since 2003, he has been instrumental in conducting comprehensive research on residential markets across the U.S. Mr. Miller's work focuses on analyzing the economic welfare of the top 60 cities with robust economic prospects for the next three years, known as Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA).

In addition to his role at his thriving firm, Mr. Miller has been serving as the president and research director since its inception. He also holds the position of chief executive officer, executive producer and host of "Vesterra Turnkey Investments Hour" on iHeart Radio's KHOW 630 since 2012.

Before establishing Vesterra turnkey, Mr. Miller was the president, instructor, and consultant at Consumer First Financial from 2008 to 2014. He also garnered success as the broker and owner of Buy Homes Denver Realty between 1986 and 2003. Among other roles, Mr. Miller's efforts were widely recognized during his early career as a sales associate and leading agent at Perry and Butler Realty Inc., where he worked from 1978 to 1981. Before entering real estate, Mr. Miller was a budget analyst, lobbyist, negotiator, and organizer for the Colorado Education Association between 1971 and 1977 and worked in financial management at Westinghouse Electric Corporation from 1967 to 1970.

Mr. Miller graduated from Elmer L. Meyers Junior/Senior High School in 1963. Subsequently, he received a Bachelor of Science in commerce and finance from Wilkes University in 1967, where he was recognized as the Single Outstanding Graduate Class of 1967. That same year, he entered the military, serving as a sergeant in the United States Army from 1967 to 1970 and in the finance corps during the Vietnam War between 1968 and 1969. Mr. Miller's dedication to service earned him a Commendation Medal from the U.S. Army.

As part of his professional commitments, Mr. Miller founded the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council in 1989, which grew to 50,000 members and earned him a place in the Hall of Fame of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council. During the same period, he also established the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. Moreover, Mr. Miller is a member and past president of the Aurora Association of Realtors in Aurora, Colorado. Meanwhile, his dedication to community involvement is evident through his role as a coach for Arapahoe Youth League Sports.

Mr. Miller's career is marked by his unwavering dedication to consumer advocacy in real estate and his innovative contributions to buyer representation. Recognizing his career achievements, the National Association of Realtors awarded him the Realtor Emeritus Honor.
