Drawing on more than 10 years of construction experience, Mr. Torrez has thrived as a project manager and the general manager of CP Custom Woodworks since 2023. In this capacity, he specializes in overseeing the production of various building materials and furniture for the hospitality industry. Mr. Torrez also focuses on determining the unique needs of each client, forging partnerships with prominent hotel chains and increasing efficiency at CP Custom Woodworks' numerous production facilities in the United States and abroad.

Prior to his recruitment at CP Custom Woodworks, Mr. Torrez excelled as the director of preconstruction and business development for Digney York Associates, LLC, where he had originally prospered as a project manager for more than five years. Between 2011 and 2014, he contributed to the Turner Construction Company as a field engineer and cost engineer. During this period, Mr. Torrez notably participated in budget calculations and submitted essential documentation for the construction of the Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He had previously earned a Bachelor of Science in architecture and a Bachelor of Engineering in civil engineering at the Catholic University of America.

In recognition of his contributions to the Turner Construction Company, Mr. Torrez was honored as the Employee of the Year. An active affiliate of the American Society of Civil Engineers and NEWH, Inc., the Hospitality Network, he attributes a great deal of his success to his deep understanding of the decorative preferences of hotel guests in the United States. Mr. Torrez is particularly proud to have helped myriad hotels create distinguished physical environments for lively social gatherings.
