Following this, she joined Deloitte Consulting as a consultant before becoming a senior consultant at Capgemini from 2010 to 2013. Moreover, Ms. Mukherjee found success as a senior functional analyst at Equinix in 2013 and a senior business analyst at Hitachi Data Systems between 2014 and 2015. After a short career break, she returned to the workforce when she joined Slalom in 2018.

Highly educated, Ms. Mukherjee graduated from high school at Loreto Convent in 1999. Subsequently, she completed her undergraduate studies at D.A.V. Public School in 2001 before earning a Bachelor of Technology in computer science and engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad in 2005. Ms. Mukherjee's academic achievements have been complemented by numerous certifications. She is a certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, a Salesforce advanced administrator, and a Siebel 8 consultant certified expert through Oracle.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Mukherjee is actively involved in civic organizations. She has been a board member and membership coordinator for the Foster City Parents Club since 2018. She has also supported senior citizens' homes in India since 2020 and has been a benefactor and volunteer for the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorder Society in India since 2021.
