Mr. Molavi, an esteemed attorney, has dedicated over three decades to the legal profession. He currently serves as an attorney through Molavi Law PC, a position he has held since 2014. Through his practice, Mr. Molavi continues to specialize in litigation and arbitration, leveraging his extensive experience to provide exceptional legal counsel to not only other firms but individual clients as well.

Prior to establishing his firm, Mr. Molavi was a partner at Freeman Mathis and Gary LLP from 2009 to 2014. His tenure there followed his partnership at Wessiman Zucker Euster PC, where he contributed from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough from 2005 to 2007 and Seyfarth Shaw from 1987 to 2005.

Before transitioning into law, Mr. Molavi worked as a project manager and estimator for BLI Construction Company from 1986 to 1988 and Barge Wagener Construction from 1983 to 1986, positions in which he initially applied his academic background in civil engineering. He completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1980 and thereafter a Master of Science in civil engineering in 1982. In 1991, he then earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University. As he progressed in his career, Mr. Molvai's engineering background significantly influenced his legal career, particularly during his early roles as a project manager and estimator where he frequently engaged in tasks requiring legal analysis.

Mr. Molavi's journey from civil engineering to law exemplifies a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation, making him a respected figure in his field. He has been admitted to practice law in Georgia, federal courts within Georgia's jurisdiction, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Court of Claims, and his professional affiliations include a membership on the Panel of Mutuals with the American Arbitration Association. As a result of his dedication to excellence, Mr. Molavi has been recognized for his legal expertise with accolades like being named a Super Lawyer and receiving high ratings from Martindale-Hubbell.

In tandem with his professional achievements, Mr. Molavi is actively involved in the Sandy Springs Conservancy and civic organizations such as Chris 180 and Meals on Wheels.
