He completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1980 and thereafter a Master of Science in civil engineering in 1982. In 1991, he then earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University. As he progressed in his career, Mr. Molvai's engineering background significantly influenced his legal career, particularly during his early roles as a project manager and estimator where he frequently engaged in tasks requiring legal analysis.

Mr. Molavi's journey from civil engineering to law exemplifies a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation, making him a respected figure in his field. He has been admitted to practice law in Georgia, federal courts within Georgia's jurisdiction, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Court of Claims, and his professional affiliations include a membership on the Panel of Mutuals with the American Arbitration Association.
