Mr. Tanweer's expertise and dedication have significantly contributed to the success of his projects and the efficiency of his team.

Before his current role, Mr. Tanweer worked remotely as a principal engineer at Afiniti from 2020 to 2022 and as a senior software engineer at Toast Inc. in Boston in 2020. His career also included positions as a software engineer at Peak Point Technologies in Acton, Massachusetts, from 2014 to 2020, where he honed his skills in software development. Additionally, Mr. Tanweer was a software development consultant specializing in Android for Insulet Corporation in Billerica, Massachusetts, between 2016 and 2019 and in C++ for Sunrise Labs Inc. in Auburn, New Hampshire, in 2015. During an earlier career stage, Mr. Tanweer worked in various other engineering roles dating back to 2003. He also found success as a graphics application developer with Studio Fork and Wiz-Links between 2004 and 2007 after beginning his professional journey as a lecturer at the University of Lahore from 2002 to 2003. 

One of Mr. Tanweer's most significant achievements was working on the "Scoop Excavator" project during his tenure in Pakistan. In this project, he created a physically based excavator simulation that rivaled major brands like Caterpillar. It was nominated for several awards, and Mr. Tanweer earned an Achievement Award in Pakistan. Furthermore, it represented Pakistan at the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards in Hong Kong, receiving the Silver Merit Award.

Mr. Tanweer's academic background laid the foundation for his successful career. In 2003, he earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Mr. Tanweer's education has been instrumental in achieving his professional milestones.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Tanweer is recognized for his civic contributions and creative projects. He has been honored with awards such as the Silver Merit Award from APICTA in 2013 and was the winner of the Award for New Media and Entertainment from P@SHA-ICT in the same year.
