Before accepting his current appointment, Mr. Grant was the practice director at Cognizant from 2022 to 2024, where he spearheaded significant initiatives. He also served as a sales support executive at Vubiquity, Amdocs from 2021 to 2022, where he was intently focused on enhancing customer experiences, and from 2020 to 2022, Mr. Grant excelled as the vice president of customer success at ATMECS Inc., where he played a key role in ensuring client satisfaction.

Mr. Grant's distinct profile is further defined by a successful tenure as the vice president of enterprise delivery and divisional chief information officer for a local media group at Paramount between 2011 and 2020; during this period, he oversaw major IT implementations. From 2008 to 2011, he managed critical IT functions as the vice president of information systems at CBS. Earlier titles held by Mr. Grant include his role as the vice president of application development and director of customer service systems at Simon and Schuster from 2001 to 2008, where he adeptly revamped the book delivery process and optimized warehouse operations and efficiencies.

Mr. Grant's career began at GE Water and Process Technologies, where he held the title of vice president of information technology from 1992 to 2001. His leadership in IT operations and major implementations at the firm, including SAP projects, laid a solid foundation for his future advancement. Additionally, Mr. Grant collaborated with a prominent theme park to optimize its vacation reservation system by integrating a next-generation AI chat system.

Exceptional academic accomplishment shaped Mr. Grant's entrance into the field. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Drexel University, and he proudly earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University. Mr. Grant attributes his achievements to his innate abilities, academic excellence and the steadfast guidance of both mentors and colleagues with whom he has closely collaborated throughout his career.
