His most notable and satisfying career achievement was serving as a platoon leader in Iraq, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for his efforts in ensuring the safety of his soldiers.

Mr. Barger's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire, earned in 2004. He has furthered his education by obtaining several certifications, including Series Seven, life and health insurance licenses and SIE.
