Affiliated with the organization since 1982, held numerous other roles, beginning as an administrator for otorhinolaryngology and later as an associate vice president of planning and corporate vice president of network management.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Rosenthal has been instrumental in driving significant advancements in health care. He is particularly proud of the progress made in programs dedicated to managing chronic illnesses such as schizophrenia, cardiovascular disease, and neurological and physical ailments. In preparation for his career, Mr. Rosenthal received an Associate of Arts in speech communication from Kingsborough Community College in 1972, a bachelor's degree in speech and theater from Brooklyn College in 1974, a Master of Science in audiology from Brooklyn College in 1976, and a Master of Business Administration in finance and management information systems from Pace University in 1986.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Rosenthal is an active member of several industry-related organizations. He is a fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Medical Group Association.
