CHESTERFIELD, MO, January 21, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Peter Antony Dry has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

A seasoned educational leader with years of expertise in school and organizational innovation, Dr. Dry excels as director and chief vision officer of The PDL Group. Dr. Dry is a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and Appreciative Inquiry facilitator. He leverages his considerable expertise to consult for organizations, teams, and individuals in the educational and corporate fields. His vision is to unleash the talents of people to create more strengths-based and engaged workplaces and communities. In other words, to help people be the best version of themselves more often.

Dr. Dry has spoken at numerous conferences across the globe on future-ready education and strengths-based leadership including popular worldwide workshops on the topic of "Leading in Uncertain Times." He has consulted for local nonprofits and schools, and served as an executive coach for teachers, school administrators, and managers in the corporate sector. His doctoral thesis saw him build a curriculum for emerging leaders in schools. He now teaches this in his signature Emerging Leaders Accelerator. In his work with Extraordinary Teams Practices and The PDL Group, Dr. Dry believes in helping leaders and teams be the best versions of themselves more often. Using his Thrive Cycle and data and insights from CliftonStrengths and the Extraordinary Teams Index, he helps people see their strengths and potential supporting them to meet and exceed outcomes.

Over the years, Dr. Dry has worked globally in schools including as Assistant Head of School Strategy and Innovation at Principia School in the USA. He built and implemented best-practice learning and development frameworks with BMW Group Financial Services Australia. At Huntingtower School in Australia he spearheaded the development of a highly experiential and project-based middle school. He and his wife were on the founding team of Skagerak International School in Norway, through which he established a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation among faculty and students.

An expert in his field, Dr. Dry holds degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Master's degree in Educational Management from the University of Southern Queensland. Subsequently, he expanded his professional knowledge by completing an EdD in Educational Leadership and Management through Capella University. He has several certificates from Harvard School of Education.

In addition to his professional and educational endeavors, Dr. Dry contributes to his community as a coach with the American Cricket Academy and Club. He continues to serve as field hockey coach at school and club level. He has, for several years, been a course facilitator with the Youth Empowerment Program and worked with the Neighborhood Leadership Fellows to help build the leadership capacity of community change agents in St. Louis, MO.

While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in co-founding the non-profit The Simunye Project with his wife, Samantha. The project's name, Simunye, stands for "we are one," which underscores their mission to create sustainable change in underserved communities in South Africa by providing access to education, food, and water, and by instilling in the young volunteers an understanding that they can be catalysts: dynamic forces for positive change.

Established in 2007, The Simunye Project has engaged over 600 young people in Australia and the USA to raise funds in South Africa through a yearly three-week immersive experience. Here students work alongside severely under-resourced local communities building day care centers, providing access to fresh food and water and improving educational opportunities.

Dr. Dry holds strong his belief that school systems need to be transformed to foster a more humane and interconnected society and where students can feel engaged in classrooms. He has created the ARTI-ful Based Learning (ABL) framework. This approach helps schools transform the student learning experience by making the curriculum more Authentic (real world), Relevant (meets the needs of students), Transferable (skills and knowledge can be applied outside the classroom), and Impactful (students make a positive impact on their community and leave school with a resume of Real World Accomplishments).

He also acknowledges the support of his wife, who has always believed in him and provided him with expertise and encouragement. In the next five years, Dr. Dry will expand his ABL framework within educational institutions to create spaces that foster a genuine love for learning and collaboration, inspiring a hopeful future for education. Additionally, Dr. Dry will continue to support leaders across all sectors in maximizing their talents, guiding others to success, and fostering a thriving, strengths-focused culture within their organizations.
