His career began as a Sales Representative at Procter and Gamble from 1984 to 1985, where he honed his skills in sales and marketing. He then served as a Marketing Intern at Nabisco in 1986 before advancing to an Associate Brand Manager at Kraft from 1987 to 1990.

Mr. Liscio's entrepreneurial spirit led him to become the President of Tutti Italia from 1990 to 2001, where he gained extensive experience in managing and growing a business. Concurrently, he worked as a recruiter at Management Recruiters of Oak Brook from 2000 to 2001. Following this period, he founded Patrickson-Hirsch Associates and was president until 2020. His leadership at Patrickson-Hirsch Associates spanned nearly two decades and solidified his reputation in the industry.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Liscio has been actively involved with industry-related organizations, including the American Marketing Association, Franchise Brokers Association, and the Knights of Columbus. His commitment to excellence was recognized when he was named Broker of the Year by the Franchise Brokers Association in 2023 and Broker of the Month in 2024. Additionally, he takes pride in mentoring up-and-coming franchise brokers through the Rising Stars Program.

Building upon his academic foundation, Mr. Liscio earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in marketing, graduating cum laude from Villanova University in 1983, and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from The Wharton School in 1987. His educational background has been instrumental in his success, particularly his ability to connect with individuals and assist them in advancing their careers. In 2022, he further enhanced his expertise by becoming Franchise Sales Compliance Certified through the Franchise Brokers Association.

Mr. Liscio is not only dedicated to his profession but also maintains an active involvement in various extracurricular activities. He was the Membership Director and Board Member for Temple Bene Shalom in Skokie, Illinois and a New York State Certified Long Term Care Ombudsman with Catholic Charities Senior and Caregiver Support Services.
