Additionally, he served as a senior software matter expert at Amdocs Limited from 2006 to 2009 and held system analyst positions at Alcatel-Lucent S.A. from 2005 to 2006 and Ness Global Services Ltd. from 2003 to 2005. At the start of his career, Mr. Fazili gained industry experience as an associate software engineer at Bharti Telesoft Limited, a position he held from 2002 to 2003.

Working toward a job in the software industry, Mr. Fazili studied in his home country of India, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Tyndale Biscoe School in 1994 and the same degree from the University of Kashmir in 1998.
