Jonathan is a deeply experienced change-driver, and has proven to be a catalyst and lead for complex digital transformation and organizational change initiatives. During his professional career, he's served as a business process advisor, business transformation consultant, project manager, business systems analyst and organizational change manager in industries such as: gas and oil, financial services, higher education, semiconductor manufacturing, public sector, retail and construction.

Prior to moving into his current role, Mr. Yancy excelled as a business transformation consultant with the project management office of Summit Credit Union from 2022 to 2024. During this time, he played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and facilitating organizational change. Before accepting that position, Mr. Yancy served as a change consultant at Baker Tilly Digital, Baker Tilly US from 2021 to 2022, where he honed his skills in digital transformation and change management strategies.

Mr. Yancy's career also includes a successful tenure as a SharePoint business systems analyst in application development and support at TDS from 2020 to 2021. In this capacity, he proved instrumental in optimizing business processes and enhancing system functionalities, relying in part on experience earned as a change management project manager at Heartland Financial USA Inc. from 2018 to 2020, where Mr. Yancy led various projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.

Mr. Yancy's academic accomplishments are impressive and include an Associate of Applied Science from the University of Wisconsin Colleges, obtained in 2017. He also finished a Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2018, the same year that he humbly accepted the Erroll B. Davis Academic Achievement Award–UW System Student of the Year from UW-System Administration. Mr. Yancy subsequently pursued graduate studies and proudly earned a Master of Science in organizational change leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2021.

In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Yancy persists in his deep commitment to continuous learning and has acquired numerous certifications that further shape his professional presence. These include advanced certified scrum master and certified scrum professional certifications, obtained in 2023, as well as several other designations related to agile leadership and project management. Mr. Yancy further attributes his advancement thus far to the unwavering support of his wife, who has been a constant source of encouragement, and he maintains active membership in the Scrum Alliance, where he continues to contribute to industry advancements.

Mr. Yancy actively seeks opportunities to engage in civic service and has served as a board member for the College of BILSA at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville since 2023. He has also held a seat on the Distance Education Alumni Board for UW-Platteville Online since 2021. Notably, Mr. Yancy's many meaningful contributions were recognized with the Outstanding Alumni Award from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2023 and the Outstanding Alumni Award from the University of Wisconsin-Richland in 2024.
