During his tenure with the technology company, he played a pivotal role in transitioning the company's focus from online-only sales to retail and enterprise sales, marking a monumental shift that required instilling a new mindset among over 100,000 employees worldwide. Additionally, Mr. Reyes found success at Laureate International Universities in Boston as the vice president of organization and talent development from 2011 to 2017 and as the chief talent organization development officer between 2015 and 2017.

Possessing a rich educational background, Mr. Reyes obtained an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from Metropolitan Autonomous University and a Master of Science in manufacturing and robotics from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1992. His educational pursuits equipped him with the technical knowledge and strategic thinking necessary for his professional achievements.
