This accolade is a testament to the family's hard work, vision, and high standards. In addition to the retail side of Pohlar Fabrics, Ms. McGuire has published over 100 quilting patterns that are sold nationwide.

The foundation for Ms. McGuire's achievements can be traced back to her academic background. She earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry from Indiana University in 2009. This educational experience provided her with a solid grounding in scientific principles and analytical thinking, which she has adeptly applied to her business practices. Ms. McGuire attributes her success to her commitment to treating everyone fairly and respectfully and to offering the best items in her industry at fair prices.

Beyond her business endeavors, Ms. McGuire is actively involved in civic-minded organizations through initiatives such as donating scrap fabric to local organizations to create quilts for charities, cancer centers and emergency service units. Outside of her professional life, Ms. McGuire enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband and their four children.
