His commitment to excellence is also evident in his nonprofit housing development certification through the National Development Council.

Over the years, Mr. Noland has demonstrated unwavering dedication in his roles as a grant manager, development finance analyst, and real estate development finance analyst for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. His commitment to public service continued even after his retirement from the government in 2017, when he joined Quadel Consulting and Training, LLC, the leading national public housing expert specializing in affordable consulting, training, and management. Since 2018, Mr. Noland has been a valuable contract consultant with the organization, bringing his wealth of expertise to the table.

Outside his work, Mr. Noland is a master mason through Freemasonry and previously served as the secretary of the California State University, Long Beach chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi. In addition to his professional endeavors, he has fostered his creative side as a trombone player in several local university bands.

While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Noland takes the most pride in his transformative work. He led the project to turn a high-rise housing project in Paterson, New Jersey, into a development that doesn't resemble the typical affordable housing project. Instead, the housing he helped build was made to look similar to the surrounding community. His hard work and dedication, coupled with his ethical approach to situations, have brought him far in his career. He credits his father, who taught him to think critically, for his success. Mr. Noland intends to enjoy his retirement and conduct more philanthropic work in the coming years, a testament to his sense of accomplishment and commitment to giving back.
