From 2017 until 2022, he held the position of total loss supervisor there, where he managed loss prevention strategies and supervised a team dedicated to minimizing financial losses. His earlier roles at Ford Credit include being a senior commercial dealer service analyst between 2007 and 2017 and a loss prevention specialist from 2002 to 2007.

Before joining Ford Motor Company, Mr. Wilson worked as a mortgage specialist at Citigroup Inc. from 2000 until 2001 and in credit card services at JPMorgan Chase and Co. from 1997 to 1998. He began his career as a programmer at City Financial.

Mr. Wilson's academic achievements have significantly contributed to his success in the financial services industry, providing him with a strong foundation in both technical and psychological aspects of his work. After earning a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Florida, he pivoted in his educational endeavors to obtain an Associate of Science in computer science from ITT Technical Institute. He subsequently earned a Bachelor of Arts in computer and information sciences and support services from the University of South Florida in 2003.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Wilson is actively involved in various civic-minded organizations. Since 2023, he has been serving as a missionary with Servants of Christ Missionary Inc., demonstrating his commitment to community service. He has been a volunteer with First Priority of America's First Priority Club since 2018 and served as a youth pastor at First Baptist Church of College Hill from 2009 to 2024. Between 2004 and 2022, he was the liaison manager for Junior Achievement of Central Florida, where he played a crucial role in promoting financial literacy among young people. Additionally, he volunteered with Abe Brown Ministries Inc. from 2016 until 2022.
