NEW YORK, January 31, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Devika Seth Bulchandani has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. Ms. Bulchandani, a woman of Indian descent, charted a unique career path. Unlike many, she didn't aspire to traditional banking, law, or medical professions. Her dream was to make a mark in the creative industry, a field that allowed her to engage both her analytical and creative sides in a people-centric environment. Her journey began with a bachelor's degree in English and psychology from St. Xavier's College in 1990, and she further honed her skills with a master's degree in communications from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School of Communication.

During the early stages of her career, Ms. Bulchandani gained valuable expertise through Anderson and Lembke and as the executive vice president and managing director of global strategy for McCann WorldGroup. Subsequently, she joined McCann XBC in 2014. As president, she assisted MasterCard's global marketing efforts. Over the years, she was also the president of McCann NY and global president and chief executive officer of North America for Ogilvy. Ms. Bulchandani oversaw 15,000 people in over 100 offices as Ogilvy's global chief executive officer in recent years. Additionally, Ms. Bulchandani was a member of Woman Corp., a company founded on the disturbing fact that the American government protects corporations' rights more than women's.

Outside of her work, Ms. Bulchandani aligns herself with the Ad Club of New York and the American Association of Advertising Agencies. Similarly, she gives back to her community and those less fortunate through an Equal Rights Amendment organization and the Red Cross of Greater New York. She has been honored many times for her outstanding accomplishments, earning several 4As Jay Chiat Awards for Excellence in Strategic Planning and Effie Awards for Marketing Excellence. Likewise, she received the Working Mother of the Year Award through She Runs It, the Matrix Award through New York Women in Communication, and an Agency Leader of the Year Award through Campaign Magazine. While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Bulchandani takes the most pride in her current work.

Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, Ms. Bulchandani attributes her success to her "immigrant mentality," her curiosity and open-mindedness, and putting down roots in America without forgetting her roots in India. Looking toward the future, Ms. Bulchandani aims to continue on the same path, maintain an open mind, and remain open to new opportunities.
